About Us
We are Total Insight Theatre, an award-winning Charity that uses the Arts to transform the lives of children and young people.
Our process is youth-led and we tackle important social issues with children and young people to improve mental health and develop lifelong skills with holistic support.
Since 2014, we have engaged over 20,000 participants in our programmes and are currently concentrating our efforts in the South East, London, East Midlands and West Yorkshire.
We address complex and often difficult subjects including mental health, bereavement, unemployment and crime. We do this through a number of different mediums, such as our creative support hubs, tailored programmes, workshops and awareness campaigns.

COVID-19
The pandemic hit everyone hard, and unfortunately it temporarily put a stop to our in-person performances, workshops, and after-school sessions. But we didn’t let that stop us from making a difference!
We launched a number of online projects aimed at supporting children and young people as they processed the ongoing impact of COVID-19, helping to keep them connected and safe.
Despite the lack of physical closeness, consistent outcomes for participants in our online programme were:
