About Us
We are Total Insight Theatre, an award-winning Charity using the Arts to transform the lives of children and young people.
Our work tackles urgent social issues through creative programmes that build confidence, improve mental health and support personal and professional development. From weekly support hubs to film projects and coaching programmes, we create safe, inclusive spaces where children and young people can express themselves, develop lifelong skills and feel seen.
Since 2014, we’ve worked with over 23,000 participants — partnering with schools, referral units, youth centres and local authorities to reach those who are often excluded.
We’re committed to removing barriers to creative opportunity and using the arts as a tool for early intervention, amplifying youth voice and creating systemic change — whether that’s supporting a young person through bereavement, helping them explore identity or enabling them to take the next step in their creative career.
