OUR CREATIVE COMMUNITIES USE THE ARTS TO BUILD CONFIDENCE,
CONNECTION AND POSITIVE FUTURES

Free, accessible creative opportunities where children and young people can try new things, express themselves, make connections and develop skills — all within welcoming spaces in their local communities.

We believe every child and young person should have access to high-quality creative opportunities, regardless of their background or circumstances. Through our Creative Support Hubs and targeted community programmes, children and young people can take part in activities including drama, dance, music and movement, while building confidence, friendships and a stronger sense of belonging.

More than creative activity

Our programmes are designed around the young people and communities taking part. Some provide open-access activities for children and families who might otherwise have limited opportunities to take part in the arts. Others provide additional support for young people experiencing challenges such as low confidence, isolation, exclusion or disengagement from school or their community.

Working alongside schools, local authorities, community organisations and other trusted partners, we create positive spaces where young people can build relationships, discover their strengths and access support before challenges escalate.

Our impact

Since launching our Creative Support Hubs, we have delivered more than 20 hubs, supporting over 2,000 children and young people. 94% of participants feel better connected to other young people, 94% say taking part helped them cope better with challenging circumstances and improved their wellbeing, and 100% would recommend our projects to other young people.

Our Creative Hubs

Our Creative Support Hubs provide free activities for children and young people within their local communities. Whether they’re trying something creative for the first time or discovering something they love, our hubs are welcoming places to create, connect and have fun.
