The Creative wellbeing Hub
support for young people aged 14–25 in East London experiencing changes in how they think, feel or make sense of the world, including those who may be experiencing early signs of psychosis.
We particularly welcome referrals from young people who face barriers to accessing support, including those from underrepresented and Global Majority communities.
What we offer:
One‑to‑one support - Personalised sessions where you can explore what’s going on for you, learn coping strategies, and get practical help from a specialist worker who listens without judgement.
Small group sessions - Friendly, supportive groups where you can connect with others who may be going through similar experiences. These sessions focus on wellbeing, confidence, understanding psychosis, and building skills for everyday life.
Monthly ongoing support group - A relaxed, welcoming space to check in, share experiences, and stay connected. This group helps you maintain progress, build community, and feel supported over the long term.
Our Approach
Creative and Arts‑Led
We work in an arts‑led, creative setting that encourages expression, confidence, and connection. Through visual arts, movement, music, storytelling, and other creative activities, you’ll have opportunities to explore your experiences in ways that feel natural, empowering, and culturally meaningful. Creativity is at the heart of how we build trust, support wellbeing, and help you make sense of what you’re going through.
Inclusive and Accessible
We recognise the strengths, identities, and cultural experiences of global majority young people. Our team works in partnership with you, respecting your background, your voice, and your goals. You don’t need a diagnosis to reach out — if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here.
You’re Not Alone
Whether you’re just starting to notice changes or have been struggling for a while, our service is here to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
