Total Insight Academy supports underrepresented young creatives to build confidence, develop their practice and take meaningful next steps in the creative industries — all while being backed by a powerful peer network.

Through a CPD-accredited programme that blends coaching, mentoring, bursaries and training, the programme helps participants develop a portfolio of public-facing work, explore sustainable creative careers and strengthen their creative voice.

In our Spring 2025 cohort, every single participant said they would recommend the programme to other young creatives and over over 90% reported increased confidence, direction and motivation.

We’re currently raising funds to deliver the next phase of the programme, which will offer two tailored strands to meet young creatives at different stages:

EMERGE – for those just starting out, focused on confidence, creative identity and a first portfolio

ELEVATE – for those already sharing work, focused on professionalisation, visibility and sustainability

From short films and zines to performances and podcasts, participants leave with a creative portfolio, a clearer sense of direction and the belief that their voice belongs in the cultural sector.
