Total Insight Academy supports young creatives to build confidence, develop their practice and take meaningful next steps in the creative industries. Through a programme that blends coaching, mentoring and bursaries, participants receive support to develop creative ideas, explore sustainable creative careers and strengthen their creative voice.

SPRING 2026: TIA Elevate

A short programme for creatives ready to take the next step with their work. Apply HERE.

TIA ELEVATE supports young creatives who already have a project or idea they want to develop and would benefit from guidance, industry insight and dedicated time to focus on it.

Across two weeks, participants receive:

• Two group coaching sessions

• Two one-to-one mentoring sessions with industry professionals

• A £500 bursary to support their creative project

Whether you’re working on a short film, performance, script, podcast, visual project, zine or something multidisciplinary, the programme offers a supportive space to refine your ideas and gain insight from people working in the creative industries. The programme ends with a final sharing session, where participants present an extract or concept and reflect on their next steps. From short films and zines to performances and podcasts, participants leave with greater clarity, stronger confidence and a clearer sense of direction for their creative work.
