free coaching & mentoring for creatives aged 18-30
Total Insight Academy supports young creatives to build confidence, develop their practice and take meaningful next steps in the creative industries. Through coaching, mentoring and project funding, participants receive practical support to develop their ideas, strengthen their creative voice and explore what a sustainable creative future could look like for them.
There are two ways to take part:
TIA Emerge
For creatives who are at an earlier stage — whether you have an idea you want to explore, make things in your spare time or are ready to start taking your creativity more seriously. Emerge includes a £600 project grant alongside six weeks of coaching, mentoring and creative development.
TIA Elevate
For creatives with a more established creative practice who are ready to develop an existing idea, project or next stage of their work. You don’t need to earn your living from your creativity or call yourself a professional artist. Elevate includes a £1,000 project grant alongside coaching, mentoring and creative development.
