Total Insight Theatre is governed by a Board of Trustees who are united by a passion to provide creative opportunities for children and young people, no matter their start in life or current situations.

Lara Alake — chair

Lara first joined Total Insight Theatre as a Young Trustee, before progressing into the role of Chair. Working in the arts, she brings over a decade of experience supporting young people's educational attainment, mental health and wellbeing through community-based projects, alongside a strong commitment to increasing diversity and engagement within arts and culture

Sophie Hamlet

Sophie is an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton UK LLP. She particularly enjoys training and mentoring in her work, and was shortlisted for Mentor of the Year at a recent manager’s conference. Sophie has developed a keen interest in the non-profit industry, particularly relating to arts and culture, and enjoys giving back to local communities by engaging in voluntary work.

Aurora Horwood

Aurora is Head of Communications for the Centre for Public Impact  with a successful track record of working in the non-profit, public and private sectors in the UK, Europe and Asia. She is a strong all-round media and communications professional with expertise in strategic communications, public relations, digital communications and marketing.

Rajib Banerjee

Rajib has over 10 years of experience working in financial services. He is the UK & Ireland Compliance Officer at multinational technology company, SAP, where he is also the Employee Network Group Lead for Cultural Diversity & Inclusion in the UK & Ireland. He has a strong legal and compliance background and as an experienced trustee in the arts, which he uses to assist the charity in developing strategy.
